Want to Learn More About Pennsylvania Wines?

As a part of Pennsylvania's wine industry, I can't help but recognize greatness among this state.  One individual, Victor Ykoruk, is actively promoting Pennsylvania's wine quality with his website and YouTube reviews at vinovic.com.

Victor, who has been working on vinovic.com and its mission since 2008, has about 30 clients in which he advocates their wine for them.  You can see a summary of testimonials from his website here.

Victor is great at making up Pennsylvania reviews.  He's currently reviewed the 2008 Veritas by Pinnacle Ridge, the Antler Ridge Cabernet Sauvignon Reserve, and the 2010 Chardonnay by Hauser Estate.  If you are new to Pennsylvania wines, or currently a local, these reviews may get you started on where to find the best PA wines.

In addition to his YouTube reviews, VinoVic also takes some time to summarize his Pennsylvania wine tastings.  You can review his entire list here.

I like to consider Pennsylvania one of the wine industry's best kept secrets (kind of like my blog post on Switzerland earlier this week).  There's a lot of things most people don't know about the state, its industry, the people that work in it, and the wines that their producing.  There's a lot of reasons for this, but I can honestly say that people like VinoVic will help push that envelope forward just a tad bit more than the rest of us.  Cheers to PA!
